Olde Virginia Gourmet & Gifts will hold a spring open house and wine tasting with Rockbridge Vineyards. The store is located at 261 Garrisonville Road in North Stafford. The event will be held from noon to 4 p.m.

Spring Celebration at Hartwood Winery
Visitors are invited to welcome spring at Hartwood during the Spring Celebration with wine tastings, music from Gerry Maddox and light hors d’oeuvres. The winery is open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days, and tours will be available from 12 to 4 p.m. Visitors will receive a complimentary glass of wine with the $12 admission price. Spring Opening of St. James’ House
St. James’ House, located at 1300 Charles St., Fredericksburg, will be open to the public during “Garden Week” from 1 to 4 p.m. each day. St. James’ was built on lots that George Washington bought from his brother-in-law, Fielding Lewis, and later sold to his friend, James Mercer, who built the house in the 1760s. Last Chance Bing
On April 22 there will be a "Last Chance Bingo" because it's Brooke Point's last chance to raise money for it's after prom party! Prizes will be gift cards and designer bags. Tickets are $10. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., games begin at 7 p.m. There will be a 50/50 raffle, raffle items, door prizes and concessions. Everyone is welcome! Free Concert
The Maranatha Touring & Gospel Choir will present a free concert at Stafford Baptist Church. Stafford Baptist Church is located at 2202 Jefferson Davis Highway, just north of the Stafford Courthouse. Spring River Cleanup
Join Friends of the Rappahannock for a morning of picking up trash along the Rappahannock river and local streams. FOR will provide supplies, a site map and lunch — be prepared to drive to your site. If you have a truck, please bring it to haul trash. Call (540) 373-3448 to pre-register. The event is free.

Earth Day Fredericksburg
The sixth-annual Earth Day Fredericksburg will be held on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Alum Spring Park. This free, family-friendly festival will feature exhibits, hikes, live music and wildlife shows, games and children's activities, all focused on enjoying and protecting the natural environment. Parking will be at the National Guard Armory, with a free 5-minute FRED shuttle running all day. Earth Day Fredericksburg is presented by the Sierra Club and Fredericksburg Parks and Rec.

Rikki’s Refuge Benefit Golf Tournament
The Second Annual Benefit Golf Tournament will be held to benefit Rikki’s Refuge, a 367-acre no kill, all species animal sanctuary providing food, shelter, medical attention and love to 22 species of homeless animals. The golf tournament begins at 9 a.m.; registration begins at 8 a.m. Participants may register in 4-man teams or individually, with recommendations that teams are registered and paid for by April 1. The tournament will be held at Cannon Ridge Golf Club in Fredericksburg. Contests will be held for the three longest drives, five closest to the hole and a 50/50 raffle, with a variety of prizes to choose from.
