Drama Kids hosts spring performance
STAFFORD — Drama Kids of Stafford County put on its 2009 Spring Performance on Saturday at Walker-Grant Middle School in Fredericksburg.
Stafford’s Drama Kids is part of Drama Kids International, a teaching organization that builds speaking, leadership, acting skills and confidence in children and teenagers.
Saturday’s free event featured children ages 5 to 18.
Drama Kids, a franchise, also has a location in Prince William County.
“We are always very excited to offer an event to the local community and provide our students with an opportunity to showcase their skills and talent,” said Angela Myers, owner of Drama Kids in Stafford County.
“The 2009 Spring Performance allows parents and local drama fans to see how much fun children and teenagers can have in a developmentally focused dramatic arts program…” she said.
