    Navy petty officer from Stafford currently deployed Navy Petty Officer Justin Swanner, a native of Stafford and a 2000 graduate of North Stafford High School is currently deployed aboard the aircraft carrier USS Truman in the Gulf of Oman.  Aircraft from USS Truman are flying combat missions into Afghanistan, supporting ongoing operations on the ground.
