Roger C. Killinger, 66, of Stafford, died Feb. 19, 2009.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, Catherine G. "Winkie" Killinger.

Survivors include two sons, Roger E. "Bud" Killinger of Stafford, and Brian M. Killinger of Roanoke; one daughter, Angela M. Putnam of Caroline; ten grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; and several "adopted" children; two sisters, Lillian Pack and Sharon Oxley, both of Stafford; two Brothers, Leroy Killinger of Stafford and Lee Ivan Killinger of Orange; an aunt, Myra Dent of Stafford; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Covenant Funeral Service, Stafford, handled the arrangements.

A funeral service was held Feb. 24 at the funeral home, with interment in Dumfries Cemetery afterwards.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the Rock Hill Rescue Squad #8, 1565 Garrisonville Road, Stafford, VA 22556.
