Article regarding pumpkin-carving a hit

The questions and answers [in last week’s edition of the Stafford County Sun] on page five of Section B seem to come in handy, not only for Halloween but for the holiday season. Once you finish carving out your pumpkin you can follow the directions on roasting the pumpkin seeds and eat them. This is a very healthy treat. Now that Halloween is over, you can make pumpkin pies and bake them, freeze them and bake them in the coming weeks for the holiday season. There are so many things that one can do after carving jack o'lanterns. Thank you for the tips on carving the pumpkins.
