Suspect in Stafford break-ins charged in Fairfax

STAFFORD — A man detained Nov. 30 in Fairfax County on a drug charge was wanted for breaking into homes in North Stafford, according to area police.

Anthony Charles Tipton, of Ruther Glen, is charged in Stafford with burglary, grand larceny, firearm larceny and possessing a firearm as a felon, according to court documents.

Tipton is scheduled to appear in court in Fairfax again on Jan. 26, 2010.
