STAFFORD — A new trial has been set for a Dumfries man accused of committing a murder in Fredericksburg.

Toronto DeShawn Eura, accused of first-degree murder and various other charges, in Fredericksburg Circuit Court late last week, was on the second day of his trial when the judge declared a mistrial due to a juror having read about the case.
