Woman’s child abuse charge dismissed; judge jails her on heroin conviction
STAFFORD — A Manassas woman saw a child abuse charge against her dismissed in Stafford County Circuit Court last week, but she was still jailed on a possession of heroin conviction, according to court records.
The child abuse charge related to giving birth to a heroin-addicted baby, court records said.
Krystal Lynn Woodson, 24, had her bond revoked and will be sentenced March 2.
