Surgical center’s move approved

STAFFORD — The Surgi-Center of Central Virginia is heading to Fredericksburg, after receiving the OK from the Virginia Department of Health.

Doctors and other workers at the center, currently located in Stafford, are looking to move into a larger facility.

The new building, on Dixon Street, is expected to open in 2011.
