Trust for the National Mall to co-host July 4 activities with National Park Service

Washington, DC – This July 4th, the Trust for the National Mall will co-host with the National Park Service and its partner Eastern National a tent with information, games, and other activities for families visiting the National Mall. The tent will feature information about the day’s events, including activities taking place on the Mall as well as the fireworks display that evening. Also on hand will be an airbrush tattoo artist, bubble solution and wands, hula-hoops, and other games in the fun-first spirit of July 4th and to keep visiting families informed and entertained.
Trust for the National Mall President Caroline Cunningham will be available at the tent from 2 to 4 p.m. to provide comment regarding the need to protect and preserve the National Mall as well as discuss the importance of the National Mall in honoring July 4th and other national holidays.
